How to Enable or Disable Root Access in Lineage OS

Lineage OS is a NEW custom ROM that replaced the older custom operating system "CyanogenMod"  which discontinued in December 2016.There is an official and Unofficial Lineage OS, and the official one, sometimes or in some devices, the installed applications can't
gain root access.
