Advices About New Rules of YouTube Monetization With Raised threshold to 4,000 hours of Watching and 1,000 Subscribers

Recently, YouTube send a notification email to all youtbe creator partners, informing that they have change rules of monetizing videos on YouTube by rising thresholds of  requirements to at least "4,000 hours of watch time within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers" instead of previous
threshold which was based on how many watching times has been a specific channel reaches (and it was 10000 video watching for channel to be eligible to monetize and to show adds over videos.  

The recent changes will make it harder for small youtuber or creators to continuous, not only for higher number of watching hours per year, but also in the number of required subscribers which is the hardest target that can new channel reach.

How to reach 4.000 hours of watching and gain 1.000 subscribers to youtube channel quickly:
The new thresholds or rules will be effective from the February 20, 2018, so all ineligible channels will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program.
But this not means that your YouTube channel will be suspended or deleted, instead you will still be able to re-enable monetizing and show adds over your video through your hard work toward the new thresholds through the following:
 -You can add more valuable videos,
- Share your new and existing videos to social networks,
- Spread your channel by making sponsored adds through YouTube Adword program or other advertising services,
- Invite your friends to subscribe to your channel, and others methods.
Finally, and after you reach 4,000 hours of watching per last 12 months and your channel already has 1000 or more subscribers, you can reactivate monetizing program on your channel.

But you should take care to don't use ineligible methods to reach this threshold quickly, as you will end with suspended or deleted channel, or even delete account, because youtube will also increase the analyzing tools and parameters for source and quality of watcher and subscribers as they stated on this topic

Today we are announcing changes to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). While our goal remains to keep the YPP open to as many channels as possible, we recognize we need more safeguards in place to protect creator revenue across the YouTube ecosystem.
What's Changing
Under the new eligibility requirements announced today, your YouTube channel, .........................., is no longer eligible for monetization because it doesn’t meet the new threshold of 4,000 hours of watchtime within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers. As a result, your channel will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program on February 20, 2018 unless you surpass this threshold in the next 30 days. Accordingly, this email serves as 30 days notice that your YouTube Partner Program terms are terminated.
One of YouTube’s core values is to provide anyone the opportunity to earn money from a thriving channel. Creators who haven’t yet reached this new threshold can continue to benefit from our Creator Academy, our Help Center, and all the resources on the Creator Site to grow their channels. Once your channel reaches the new threshold, it will be reviewed to make sure it adheres to our policies and guidelines, and if so, monetization will be re-enabled.
