Create Subtitle by Corel VideoStudio and Upload the Subtitle file to YouTube

On this video I will show you how to:
- Create a subtitle file using Corel VideoStudio and save it as .srt file.
- Upload this .srt file into YouTube video as translating subtitle.








First
- How to create a subtitle file using Corel VideoStudio and save it as .srt file.

1- Add your text script into title on timeline track one by one 

2- Move the cursor to the timeline where you need to add the text (i,e  to the point of starting of text.

3- Click on the preview screen and type your text script 

4- Move or change (decrease, increase) text duration from timeline directly using mouse

5- Add all of your subtitle scripts one by one into timeline based on video, then save your subtitle into .srt file as following:

5a- Click on T panel or double click on any text on timeline to open text options

Also you can edit the saved .srt file using notepad editor




Second
- How to Upload this .srt file into YouTube video as a translating subtitle.

1- Go to YouTube manager, locate the video that you want to translate and click on edit icon under the video thumbnail.

2- Click on Sbtitles/CC panel

3- Click on Add new subtitles or CC button and select .srt language that you will upload to YouTube.

4- Click on Upload a file button

5- Click on Subtitle file option and select the .srt file to upload

Also you can edit the script from the screen that you will see after previous step.

6- Click on Publish button.

7- Finally, you can do a preview for your video with uploaded script to make sure that there is no any errors in script spelling or in subtitle timing, as you can back to editing in step number 5 if you find any mistake.
